This sector encompasses a diversity of products ranging from bread and pastry to cake and pasta, and also includes chocolate making.

In the sector, large numbers of delicate and/or small products are made.  Product orientation and quality play an important role in this process. Marvu analyses its customers’ products and production processes in order to devise tailored solutions.
