Transportsystems - 730 Vertical transport

When space is at a premium or great differences of height must be overcome, vertical transport can present a perfect solution. Vertical transport can be achieved by a lift system, but you can also consider plastic link belts with curved flights or buckets that allow incline angles of up to 90°.

Marvu develops both standard lifts for standard containers as well as client-specific lifts for raising and tipping multiple crates or standard containers, including the necessary infeed and outfeed conveyors if desired.

Marvu also offers several lift systems for stacking and unstacking crates. For stacking applications, crates are fed in at a high level, stacked, and carried off at a low level. The unstacking process proceeds in the opposite order.

The lift systems and vertical conveyors are developed in accordance with HACCP standards as well as for optimal ease of use, hygiene and a minimum of maintenance. They are constructed entirely of stainless steel and plastic (finish: glass-bead blasted).
