Rapid curved belt conveyor

Marvu supplies a diverse range of fabric belt conveyors including the Rapid curve conveyor. This particular conveyor is also called a belt bend. The Rapid ensures a smooth transfer of small and delicate products by a narrow rolling nose bar (Ø16 mm). An unique circumferential drive guarantees reliability and slip-free transport. High speeds
The Rapid curved belt conveyor is capable of achieving extremely high outer radius speeds of up to 150 metres per minute. In-house testing paved the way for the various modifications and improvements that have been made to belt bend in recent years. An elastic motor coupling, an unique circumferential drive of the chain drive and curved belt, and an automatic drive chain lubrication unit and ventilator ensure prevention of heat accumulation.

Cleaning and maintenance
Marvu produces three versions of Rapid curve conveyors for use in different sectors of industry, for example, pastry-, chocolate-, packaging-, and convenience industry. In combination with fabric belts which are easy to scrape, this ensures an ultra-hygienic solution.

Lastly, the Rapid belt bend has an inspection window for determining when maintenance is required.

The Rapid curved belt conveyor is available with numerous options:

In addition to the Rapid curve belt, Marvu supplies a wide range of curved belts customer-specific with various options in terms of dimensions and belt type. Beside the wide range of curved conveyors, Marvu offers a large number of expansion options per curve belt. In this way, we can offer an optimal solution for your logistics conveyor issue. “We chose Marvu’s curve belts because of their reliable circumferential drive mechanism. The cams are positioned on the outside of the chain, relieving the tension on the chain. In addition, Marvu decided to use elastic connectors rather than springs, and this offers us a significant improvement."
