Vitelco in ’s-Hertogenbosch is a supplier of prime quality veal. Following the extension in 2012, the production volume of the veal slaughterhouse has continued to grow significantly.
In order to facilitate the increase in production whilst fully complying with the most recent statutory requirements on food safety, an automated track and trace system has been built into the production process. The production area has been extended and Marvu has redesigned the cutting and packing lines.
