Stol Inspection Systems specialises in inspection systems for the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and recycling industries. Stol is supplier of metal detection, X-ray inspection and magnet systems. Tailored metal detection system

The project involved the collaborative manufacture of a metal detection system for a food manufacturer of organic nut spreads. The transport system was entirely made to measure by Marvu; thanks to the Intralox bottle chain conveyor and fully adjustable side tracks, it was made possible to redirect the products from the existing product line to the Stol metal detection system; this was also fully customised so that the system connected seamlessly to the transport system of Marvu. From the metal detection system, the products are then fed back to the production line by means of a specially designed turntable.
